SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms of Service for SMS Communications

Last updated:

These terms apply when you opt in to receive recruitment-related SMS messages from Commonwealth Transportation. Our website is commonwealthlogistics.live. For information about how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.

The registered SMS brand is Commonwealth Transpotation, and the registered use case is conversations (external). These are one-to-one conversations with our recruiting team.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Commonwealth Transpotation. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at https://commonwealth-transportation-h9h0a4ekg7cydcg5.eastus-01.azurewebsites.net/privacy.html. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

2. Types of SMS communications

If you consent to text messages from Commonwealth Transportation, you may receive recruitment-related messages, including:

  • Follow-up messages and status updates about your application.
  • Interview scheduling and reminders.
  • Recruitment appointment coordination.
  • Onboarding instructions and updates.

This consent applies only to the recruitment purposes explained above.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your application, interview schedule, and onboarding needs.

4. Potential messaging fees

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. Charges may vary for domestic and international messages. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt in

On our application form, select the “SMS consent — optional” checkbox and submit the form to opt in. It is the only consent checkbox and starts unchecked. The form displays the conversations (external) use case, frequency and rate disclosures, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to these terms and our Privacy Policy beside the SMS choice.

SMS consent is optional. Providing your phone number, starting a conversation, or submitting an application does not by itself authorize ongoing SMS communications. You are not required to consent to SMS to submit an application, make an inquiry, or purchase services.

The phone field is optional when you do not choose SMS. A valid phone number is needed if you choose SMS. The application has a plain submission notice above Submit Application and no separate declaration checkbox.

6. How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message from Commonwealth Transportation. Alternatively, contact us directly and ask to be removed from SMS communications.

7. Help and contact

If you need assistance or experience issues, reply HELP to a message or contact Commonwealth Transportation directly:

8. Standard messaging disclosures

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
  • For assistance, text HELP or contact us.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • SMS consent is optional and separate from submitting an application.

Please review our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms & Conditions before opting in. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
